Welcome to Eadie Lifestyle! We’re thrilled to welcome both new and longstanding wholesale partners. We’re passionate about building strong, enduring relationships with retailers that share our aesthetic and values.
Placing Your Order
- For your first order, we recommend selecting a thoughtfully curated edit to showcase Eadie Lifestyle in a way that supports your store’s vision.
- We do not require a minimum spend or quantity for any order (please refer to shipping fees below).
- Orders should be placed via our online wholesale portal using your login credentials.
- Once submitted, you’ll receive an invoice and order confirmation by email. Please check this carefully and notify your Account Manager of any required changes. If you don’t receive it, contact us at sales@eadielifestyle.com.au.
Payment
- All orders are on Payment Before Dispatch, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
- Payment is required within seven (7) days of receiving your order confirmation.
- Goods remain the property of T.E.C Traders Pty Ltd until payment is received in full.
- We accept most major payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Amex (fees may apply), Direct Deposit, PayPal, and approved Credit Terms.
- For Direct Deposit: Account Name: TEC Trading / Trading as Eadie Lifestyle - BSB: 062821 / Account: 1025 4827. Please email remittance to sales@eadielifestyle.com.au.
- Your order will dispatch once payment is confirmed.
Credit Terms
- Available to approved wholesale partners who demonstrate consistent order activity for a minimum of 12 months.
- Approval is at the discretion of Eadie Lifestyle Management.
Shipping
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the stockist.
- Our preferred carriers are Direct Freight Express and Australia Post (subject to change).
- Eadie Lifestyle is not liable for carrier delays.

Shipping costs (subject to change):
Minimum Freight Charge: $35 + GST for Apparel orders and $50 + GST for Homewares/Mixed orders OR based on order subtotal: VIC, NSW, ACT – 8%, QLD, SA – 9% and TAS, WA, NT – 10%. Orders outside capital cities or selected regions may incur higher freight charges. - International orders will be via a freight quote.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
- We do not offer sale or return, but if you’re unhappy with your order, please get in touch.
- Exchanges or credits must be approved by the Sales Team in advance. Return shipping is the stockist’s responsibility and must be completed within 14 days of dispatch.
- We do not accept returns for products used for Commercial Purposes including home staging and hiring services. Returns will not be accepted for general wear and tear or misuse of the product including, but not limited to, fading due to direct sunlight, damage sustained due to moving or relocating, soiling of fabric.
- All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Non-compliance may incur a restocking fee.
- Sale items and items purchased at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Credit notes are valid for 30 days. If items are not returned within this timeframe, the credit will expire and be void.
Faulty Goods
- In the rare event you receive a faulty product, please email sales@eadielifestyle.com.au within 24 hours of receipt.
- Include item details, a description of the fault, and supporting photos.

If confirmed as faulty, we will arrange return shipping and either replace, repair, or issue a credit for the item. If a product develops a fault over time through normal use (and not as a result of misuse, neglect, or fair wear and tear), please contact us ASAP with details and photos. We will assess the issue and, if deemed faulty, will arrange a suitable resolution such as repair, replacement, or credit. .
Stocking Commitment
- We value your investment in the Eadie brand and the way you bring it to life in your store.
- To continue stocking our collection, we kindly ask that regular orders are maintained to keep your account active.
- In return, we aim to support your business by being mindful of nearby stockists and avoiding unnecessary overlap where possible.
- To ensure the brand is consistently presented in retail settings, we kindly request that Eadie products are not offered through market stalls or temporary pop-up style sales.
Marketing Support
- Access our image library for use across your digital platforms via our website or by contacting the marketing team.
- Please credit @eadielifestyle when using our imagery.
- All designs, photography, and branding remain the property of Eadie Lifestyle and may not be used without written permission.
